Recently, our efforts led us on a transformative journey toward creating an inclusive coffee menu that would empower individuals of all abilities to order coffee independently. What made this journey even more remarkable? The menu was crafted by one of our own customers, with support from Eden Disability Care, who now works alongside us at the coffee shop.

The Challenge of Accessibility in Menus

As we delved into the intricacies of accessibility in coffee shop menus, we encountered a stark reality: the existing resources fell short of meeting the diverse needs of our community.
